Age didnt really fck up Tony its the taken damage, he didnt take a proper time to recover from Justin beating(or maybe the damage was permanent already) but on top of that u are right, now the age it catching up too, i would be surprised if he gets W against Paddy, but still rooting for him.@@lennylennington

His defense is very good, he hardly leaves openings but his offensive blitz is extremely good as well, I also love how he finishes with that body kick. He's a master of the fundamentals.

@@loganwheeler1734 true. He played football for a long period of time. There’s another great example of the guy who changed the sport to evolve in boxing- Lomachenko. His dad stopped his boxing career at 12 i think and made him take dancing classes for a couple years. It played a huge role in his footwork. Jan did football too, makes sense why these guys have an awesome feet control.

Trenira previše a malo se oporavlja. Mišići se mogu brzo razvijat i oporavljat u njima nije problem. Već kad previše treniraš a malo se oporavljaš mišići se brže razvijaju od tetiva i ligamenata koji to sve drže. U ovom slučaju puko ligament što drži koljeno. Da malo pametnije trenira došao bi do samog vrha.
