But does he even dream about leaving power 😂😂😂.... Uganda is a very rich country if you dig deep historically... patriotism is a dream far from Mr M7...how could Uganda be without an operational railway line for this long yet him found Uganda Railways cooperation active...so for me I just pray to God that the wheels of time increases more speed 😀

That's a beautiful world class road. not only the road that's beautiful, also the houses along the road. i dont think that the internet is correct to say it is the the most expensive road in the world. i just wish that other African countries build roads like this. especially countries like DRC, Benin etc. i love your videos, watching from South Africa.

Excellent video of an excellent road with beautiful surroundings but for $476 million for a 51km, 4 lane dual carriageway, that was like 3 times the normal price considering Thika-Nairobi highway was expanded into a superhighway at cost of $320 million complete with service lanes, exchanges, access control and foot bridges

I think the number of bridges both under pass and fly overs plus the land ownership policy in Uganda not forgetting profit on borrowed money, cost of shipping materials and machinery to a land locked country is what makes it expensive otherwise you may not file any corruption case here.

Seems you never watched the video very well, the cameras are many there and there's police patrols and not police stations like in Kenya. The police patrols keep on patrolling the entire road to ensure safety and also you are given a contact at the toll gate incase you get into trouble. Ambulances are also there and the contact given helps to call them incase of any problem

That's true. Tell them. It's a pity actually and you can't blame them anyway. This road is actually dirty to me. Clean roads are black or dark grey with clean markings. For such a budget spent, you would expect More. And with road talls, I expect to see a cleaning vehicle washing it at least twice a month. We must be so dirty to call this a super clean road. If you're reading this and ever get a chance to travel, you'll experience real roads/highways that are even cheaper than this

We already know the roads in Kampala are the worst in the world. But also Uganda needs to buy trucks that sweep and wash roads to keep this highway clean. If the highway cost Uganda that much then they need to keep it clean. They did a good job on this one. What also makes this highway look good, is less congestion but Uganda's roads are full of motorcycles. If Uganda can reduce corruption, increase the education level of most Ugandans and change presidential terms to two term limits, then Uganda's potential is limitless.

Not too shabby! Though, after almost 40 yrs in power shdn't the guy claiming 2 have UG z vision have mo major highways n infrastructure heading into all the various corners of the country?? Or maybe his vision is simply superficial n myopic. Better still, maybe he doesn't have a panoramic view of the country z future! Just a curious thought 🤔🤔🤔

It's rated expensive because alot to of money exchanged hands on that road. It was a scandle. It's not said to be expensive because of high quality but hyped costs due to corruption. Are u aware that road each kilometer was budget $1m and same quality road @ kilometer costed $200000 on thika road Kenya!. That's how museveni government operates. You get the actual cost of something then ×3/4/5 if u cant break that deal as tender company , you loose the government tender to the company that is ready to serve the corrupt officials. Thats the game. Are u aware that Uganda is among top 3 countries in the world with high electricity bill moreover they got much electricity even neighbours are supplied but neighbors pay less electricity bills than the citizens where electricity comes from. Thats how sick Uganda is.

I don't think it's the most expensive in the world, not even in Africa. Country like South Africa🇿🇦, all their freeways are tolled, and they've one of the most beautiful and longest freeways in the world. That freeway isn't even 60km long.
