Governor Fubara is smart. His Attorney General has duly briefed him about the actual implication of the Appeal Court judgment. There's no need to appeal anything at the Supreme Court until the substantive matter has been heard by the Federal High Court, which in fact has jurisdiction to hear the matter.

Mr. Samuel Nwanosike , Kogi State House of Assembly extended Caretaker Committee Chairmen that has only 6 months by d law of d House to another 6 months and not elected Chairmen. Kogi State House of Assembly never elongated elected Chairmen tenure, so stop jumping up and down, immediate d elected Chairmen tenure expired, Kogi State Government appointed Caretaker Chairmen for 6 months to avoid avoid vacuum. Mr Samuel Nwanosike ur tenure has expired, u were elected with time frame of 3 years. No jumpiter can elongate ur tenure for one day.
