Hi, Does using 65w adapter and also the usb c to lightning cable fully using 65watt to charge iphone 11? Or even u used 65w adapter but they still capped to 18w/30w? How many minutes you charging your iphone 11 with the 65watt adapter?
@Slimothy
@Slimothy 3 жыл бұрын
Anything over 18W will be capped at 18W as the phone can’t take in more than that. I don’t have the iPhone 11, I have the iPhone 11 Pro but from what Apple says it should be 50% charge from 0% in 30 minutes. I think it’s the same for the 11

Hi with this cable, when charging would it show the “accessory not supported”? Because ive had that issue with non apple cables and then they dont end up charging.
@Slimothy
@Slimothy 3 жыл бұрын
That’s what happens if you don’t use a true MFi certified cable. All the recent cables we’ve reviewed (in the past year or two) are MFi certified. I checked on Apple’s website. I won’t show any cables on the channel that aren’t because I’d never use one that isn’t since it can ruin your phone. So these cables should work great 👍🏻

Hi, Is the Ugreen 65W charger MFi certified? Also, won't it harm my battery if only charge 1 gadget at a time? Since it's 65W and iPhone SE 2020 can only take up to 18W? Thanks.
@Slimothy
@Slimothy 3 жыл бұрын
That’s not covered because that’s not how MFi certification works. It’s only for the cables. Yes if you use a proper cable you’ll be fine. The phone is smart enough to only take 18W so no worries there.

hello reviewer great video, I have a question if I use ugreen usb c to usb c cable with the ugreen wall charger 65 w can I use it to power my MacBook Pro 16 inch? thanks
@Slimothy
@Slimothy 3 жыл бұрын
Probably. But it’s going to charge very slowly. You need a 90W (I think) for the 16”. It needs a lot of power. I would recommend you get something more powerful as the 65W brick will get very hot as it tries to charge that big battery. I would only use a 65W on it in an emergency.

@@Slimothy for example, 3A cable csn flow a maximum of 25 watt and 5A cable can provide a maximum of 30 or 50 watt around.. For example, Samsung 25 watt charger comes with a 3A cable and the 45 watt brick comes with an even higher level of cable with 5A.

@Slimothy
@Slimothy 3 жыл бұрын
Technically fast charging an iPhone minimally impacts battery health over long periods of time. For me, I upgrade my phone once a year or every 2 year max. So worst case, I get a new phone. Or, you can always replace just the battery if it wears down and that’s not too expensive. But I prefer the convenience of fast charging for sure
