I have a suggestion….first show the ujjayi pranayam in the beginning and then explain the details

I have known Ujjayi for a very long time, but this is definitely the best explanation I have seen in a long time and it's comprehensive. Great job...!!

This man is the picture of earthlyperfection. He is so well formed, and with such a calm and peaceful aura. He makes me want to go there right away, and sit in that beautiful spot while he imparts all his knowledge to me, but I may not want to leave that place afterwards.

This is a great explanation..I just paid 250.00 just to learn this and another Isha criya..Could have saved me some money..Thank you so much. It was demonstrated that well at the workshop..now I'm confident that I can do it on my own.

In the first you asked to breathe with the mouth but in a study I have read it's not good breathing with the mouth.. It causes breathing problems even i felt a cooling sensation in the throat after the first step is this good or bad

Some videos say exhale from left nostril but you are exhaling from both nostrils. Which is the correct technique?
