Bro, if the course is differred to may intake the visa will also be extended based on the course end date.. you can ask the UKVI and UNI to clarify as that is the only way to clear your doubt.. but in most of the cases you can apply for FLR visa when you are waiting for your college results to apply for psw.. once you reach UK you can ask your UNi to clarify such doubts
