I consider it fortunate, since hopefully people will question how they ever believed that pharma companies could invent a more effective immune defence than nature's natural killer cells, which boot out all types of unwelcome microbes, viruses, funghi, damaged or old cells, etc. Of course that does require us to look after ourselves with supportive lifestyle practices like nutrition, time in nature and stress management, so our cells function well. As doctors have no training in lifestyle, they may find we eventually by-pass them for all but referrals. Here's to boosting our own immune systems!

The side effects can continue indefinitely and it damages the immune system which opens you to infection and cancer. Thankfully, some fasting can restore your immune system. It will also clear the spikes out much faster. Some benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time. Fasting increases nitric oxide release. Fasting restores NAD+ to healthy levels. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers, but some patients may need continued acid reducation medication while fasting. Telomeres are lengthened and fasting also increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors. Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. It will also remove any 'foreign material' that is not supposed to be there. Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies, rejuvenating your entire immune system. Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system in a similar way to CBD oil. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building. Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention! Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice. @@whenyoutrybutstillfail505 The US will operate on the CBDC by summer's end! No more notes or coins. Heard anything in msn? No, nor are you likely to either. Inflation will run rampant, as the dollar is near to collapse, and the debt ceiling is resulting in more money being printed, devaluing it further, so job losses and repossessions will be the norm. Covid compensation might very well be used by the US govt's *Smoke and Mirrors Show* to distract the masses from the dire financial and economic situation about to befall them. The best way to take your health into your own hands, then you can avoid their quack medicines. It also clears out the spikes so they don't continue giving side effects forever and ever. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. It will also remove any 'foreign material' that is not supposed to be there. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. @@ablesentry7070 The traditional vaxxs use dead or attenuated components of the pathogen in a measured amount. They are not introduced in a lipid "carrier" so do not invade your cells and even if they were able to they could not instruct your cell ribosomes to produce more of them. A measured dose to give a measured immune response therefore unlike the mRNA inoculations that can potentially invade any cell eg cells lining blood vessels, instruct the cell to produce the spike protein in uncontrolled amounts, provoking an immune response when they are presented on the cell surface. This can then result in inflammation at these sites eg myocarditis. The traditional vaxxs have also undergone extensive trials for safety unlike the mRNA inoculations that were rushed and steamrollered in. I am not anti vaxx but am vehemently against these experimental mRNA inoculations.

Fact is, I do not know anyone who has been vaccinated who has seen a deterioration in their health except a few very elderly people who were already deteriorating due to other degenerative health issues they already had and were deteriorating from, long before covid vaccines were available. Definitely planned if there are vaccines being produced before the pandemic began. The CCP lied about the lab leak and attempted to cover it up. They kept their borders open and risked a pandemic. The US funded it and are responsible, along with the WHO and the CCP. The WHO also lied about it numerous times and now we are giving the WHO dictatorial power for the next plandemic. The WHO is an agency of the UN (funded primarily by Bill Gates, the CCP and the US gov) who's headquarters are in Washington.

For everyone who was coerced into taking it, it can linger indefinitely until the immune system can clear out every spike, but the immune system is damaged. Thankfully, some extended fasting can repair the damage and also greatly speed up the clearance of the spike. Some benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. No comfort, I know, but that happend to a lot of us. Pressure of government, health authorities and core society was really huge, and for people in social and health care, even higher. It‘s not easy to risk your income and even family bonds and go w your gut feeling and own reasoning when almost everyone pushes you , tell you you‘re a conspirator etc. Don‘t regret too much, it happend and now we live with it but know for a next case like this. Let‘s stay strong, resilient and trust ourselves from now on. When a huge push is coming again for sth and critics are silenced at any cost, although there clearly is reasonable rational argument to be that critical voice, stay calm and sure, look at data but be sure where data is coming from, stick w your gut feeling and live your life. Leave others say what they say if they don‘t want to hear your voice but don‘t back down. Good luck, stay strong and hopefully without damage from the „thing“…

@@sereneseventeen4919 The mRNA vaccine carries messenger RNA (genetic information), which, once injected, gets translated into viral spike protein in the host. That transcribed viral spike protein binds to cells in the (GI) gastrointestinal tract in a manner similar to that of the actual virus, promoting dysbiosis and inflammation. Hence, the vaccine is able to produce various GI symptoms in recipients, similar to patients infected with SARS-CoV-2. That blip in New Zealand is due to a carefully coordinated media campaign. It hasn't stopped here and the public largely believes the reason for us faring better during the pandemic was due to lock downs and vaccination (despite us having the largest wave of cases after the roll out of vaccines began, most have now had covid at least twice). We also now have a wave of pneumonia cases that the public is baffled by and health agencies are doing their best to ignore. I personally know a number of people currently suffering heart issues, breathlessness, dizzy spells and fatigue as well as three that died suddenly from heart attack with no previous history of problems. To suggest there is a correlation between these events and the roll out of an experimental medical intervention is heresy in the minds of the general public yet there is constant chatter about absenteeism in the work place. The cognitive dissonance is astonishing. One person particularly close to me just had a terrible case of omicron and blames the severity on not having had her third booster? I don't know, maybe I'm just an arsehole? I wasn't vaccinated and I either haven't had it (despite being exposed a number of times) or the symptoms have been so mild I haven't noticed them?

Overdose deaths from drugs and alcohol increased by around 50% here which is an enormous increase, those are epidemic level stats. Some rehabs are still going into lockdown each time they get a new case, when this happens nobody is allowed out to attend meetings and family are not permitted to visit yet it's just whipping through the general community like the common cold.

Remember how everyone you know acted throughout this ordeal. You know who is who for the rest of your lives. The tattle tales who were happy to report on someone breaking lockdown to buy baby food, the "professionals" who didn't let you see dying loved ones, the people who encouraged others to lie about cause of death (happened to me) so we could all get money, and of course the people who held firm and refused to go along. I'd recommend treating them accordingly because past behavior is the best indicator of future behavior.

My wife and I are the only ones in our families who chose not to be vaccinated. We caught covid in December 2021 (Omicron we believe) and recovered after mild illnesses (no hospital treatment needed) Since then most of our relatives have had covid more than once and have also been poorly with colds and sniffles far more than they were before covid. I'm guessing therefore that natural immunity is and always was, the better option for those without underlying medical conditions. Thank you Dr John for all the diligent research and sharing your knowledge, experience and insights. At times it felt like we were in the wrong and crazy to not follow the masses. So glad we didn't buckle under the pressure, coercion and 'nudges', but feel very sorry for those who may now be realising they made a bad choice.

Hi John, it's winter over here and the government has been pushing the dual flu / covid shot. That said, we believe that the number of people vaccinated is far less than the governments were stating as far too many people we know are quite awake to all the alarm bells (right from day one). I have a unique story to tell about my Father who passed away last September in a NZ covid ward. He was diagnosed with crohn's disease before the pandemic, then was pushed out and out for surgery. It was degrading for him and so incredibly sad to see what was happening. Then they agreed to do surgery last September due to quality of life issues. He caught covid whilst in hospital (he was triple vaccinated by the way). Then isolated from everyone including his wife, his children. We were not allowed to speak to him, we were not allowed to call him, nor visit him as he was placed in the "Red Ward". He was administered Paxlovid then appeared to get better then rapidly declined. We were asked to come in and say our good byes. They dressed us in full PPE and when we saw him, he was hallucinating as all fluids had been stopped. After 20 mins, I removed all my PPE and stayed that way and with him for 5 nights until he passed away on the 6th day. I was unvaccinated and never caught covid. Not one doctor, surgeon or nurse told me to put my mask back on in those 6 days. That's the NZ we live in where our then PM told everyone to be kind, team of 5 million. The politicians have blood on their hands as we are awake, we won't forgive, we won't forget.

I'm having a small op at a private hospital. Within their docs, sent to me, comes the instruction to have the LFD test; do the test myself (twice at different times); and inform the NHS of the results on a special website. If positive, I shouldn't have the op. However, upon mentioning this to the hospital, I was told NOT to inform the NHS online; and the hospital doesn't want to know either. It's my decision whether to have the op according to the result! Quite simply, if I don't feel well don't go - which would have been the case in a normal world before this black farce began.
