Depends how keen you are in theme parks. At the time we booked it, it was the only way we could get there.

Efteling is one of the best in Europe though. Together with Europapark in Germany its in my top 2! The park is massive so if you come all the way from the UK id say do 2 full days in the park at least.

We did three days in Efteling and had a blast. I’m thinking of Europa Park for next Easter. Just got to work out how to get there!

@@thegadaboutdad1057 Europapark is amazing, went there last year and its even bigger than the Efteling. The sheer amount of rides they have is overwhelming. Id say you need three days at least, four if you include Rulantica, their amazing waterpark, easily worth a full day by itself. On our third day we were still discovering amazing rides we didnt even knew existed, some are quite hidden with unassuming entrances. The easiest way to get there from the UK is probably a flight to Basel in Switzerland and then take the train up to Ringsheim station. From there you can take resort busses up to the parks and hotels. Dont forget their free fast pass system while you are there through the app, it works brilliantly.
