We lend leased them over twelve thousand pistols during WW2, plus 51,000 we sold to the Russian Army during WW1 that were then used during the Civil War, and were no doubt captured by the Red Army. And it's not hard to make bullets after a little reverse engineering.

@@MrPatriot112 LOL do you actually think for two seconds the Red Army (especially Officer's) used American 1911's (or virtually anything other than the Makarov/Tokarev anytime after 1945, let alone in the 1980s) 🥴? Besides that, they're not reverse engineering said Colt's then issuing them out to their troops/Officer's, as it wasn't WW2 and it's the Soviet Union.
