Borscht is probably one of the most favorite dishes of Ukrainians 🙂 it has the most different variations among the first dishes. Almost every region prepares borscht with its own raisin, so I want to show the borscht recipe that I chose for myself 🤩

➡️ Products are designed for 6 liters. pan:
• 600 potatoes
• 500 grams of cabbage
• 2 pcs. beetroot size (400-500 g)
• meat (I have pork) 400-500 grams
• 1 bulb
• 1 water lily
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2-3 tbsp. tomato paste (sauce or ketchup)
• 3 tablespoons of flour
• salt/pepper/spices to taste
• Vegetable oil 100-200 grams
