Ukrainians will find the Romanians and Moldovan people extreme kind to them because it is a cultural thing of Romania and Moldova to show kindness and hospitality to strangers.

I'm not sure we can generalize, like that 😅, but I hope they they'll have a good experience. Civil society is very involved. The state less so. - - speaking only about Ro. I don't know the situation in Mol.
