I think it'd make more sense that Mephisto's realm was the last level and Mephisto himself as the final boss. It also surprises me and sometimes bugs me there aren't any ghost rider special interactions/dialogues with Blackheart and Mephisto, considering they are Ghost Rider's greatest threats.

You Missed The Interaction Of Freeing Dr. Strange @ The Valley Of Spirits & Selecting Nightcrawler To Be Sacrificed In Mephisto’s Realm!

There's also an interaction with the Fantastic 4 and Dr. Doom and his Dark Fantastic 4, Dr. Strange and Dr. Doom(i believe, I dont remember though), and most likely one with Black Panther and Dr. Doom.

MUA3 felt kinda bland without the special conversations, it added some immersion to the first game with the different kinds of conversations each character had with one another and their relationship like nick fury butting heads with iron man while getting along with other heroes like wolverine, but in the third game you could be playing as wolverine and talk to cyclops who hates him and he’ll be talking to you like you’re someone completely different
