Guys, I've tested his recipe and and it works really well! (Better than some other KZfaq recipes out there) To make it even more of a mouth watering experience, I froze the bananas and thaw it before mixing together with the other ingredients. It gives a stronger banana taste. Two thumbs up!

Woah😲 I made this and thought its gonna be too sweet when I tasted the raw batter. However, after baking, it turned out just the right amount of sweetness. The aluminum foil hack definitely helped in baking it in the right texture. No wonder my previous banana breads turned out either too wet inside or too burnt outside.

it's nice to see basic recipes ^^ sometimes when i search all i find are ones with exotic stuff added to oomph it up i'm interested in traditional Irish recipes like the ones you filmed for st. patrick's day, the kind of foods you don't find in restaurants in other countries (i'm in saudi arabia) and i love potatoes, so i'm guessing i should either move to Ireland or learn the cuisine haha

I used 30grams cocoa instead of the full amount of flour, and 2 bananas with 100grams melted chocolate instead of 3 bananas. Waiting for it to bake now - smells amazing
