I think if he gave the whole suit, including the arms a light backwash the difference between plastics wouldn't be so obvious. Just my two cents

A little off-topic but how long do you need to heat it up in hot water and do you need to heat up the thigh joint to unattach it?

Ik you didn’t do it in this video but your megatron and starscream customs dry brushing do I need a silver to dry brush or can I just put the black wash paint on my megatron and just get a dry brush and brush it off?

Those are two exompletly different steps. If you want to make the figures have a bit more depth then a black wash is gonna help but if you want them to actually look like metal then you need the silver.
