I've been watching several cleaning videos and i clean for a living, rentals and such and it can get rrally grows cleaning after people. Some days i do let my own slide and forget about it, which then makes me feel awful and dirty. Lately I've been cleaning at night and really early in the morning before my boys wake up to get ready for school. I mean i am up past 12 and up before 6. But i don't leave the kitchen, bathrooms and living dirty. I come home to a clean house!!!! These videos are just so relaxing and encouraging. ❤

I don’t understand why people shake their rugs out in the house. It just puts the dirt and dust back in the air and then ultimately on your counters. My Grammy always took them outside to shake.

Sally May I vacuum them, then take them outside shake them, and then vacuum them once more :) I also out essential oil in the vacuum so everything smells good after vacuuming.

Jessica Harlan I had to start doing it when we got two cats. I’m allergic to their fur so it helps to get everything out. As for the essential oil: you can also use some that helps with medicinal effects.

Lindamorena in the attachment pieces of the vacuum. Or sometimes we put it at the very start of the vacuum (no attachments)

I love using a couple drops of theives essential oil mixed with olive oil or avocado oil to wash my stainless steel pans. Wash as normal, spray vinegar on the pan, take a rag and drop some of the thevies/oil mixture rub it in well, rinse with very hot water, and dry immediately! It works so well.

Helpful hint, mushrooms will last longer in a paper bag, and celery if you wrap it in aluminium foil. Just finished cleaning out my fridge and found some celery in there from about 3 weeks ago and still crunchy.

you can remove the coils on the stove and clean under them! they like slide out... it's been a little while since i've done it but they come off!

For the stove that you have I think Jessica Tull has one similar to it. U can remove the burners and lift the top to clean underneath. Where did you get your difuser?

Try Mrs Meyers Honeysuckle scent too.The best scent ever. I use it in every product it comes in, laundry soap, softener, all purpose cleaner, dish soap and hand soap.

If you haven't figured it out yet, you can twist the handle on the mop and pull and it will extend. I had that happen to me. I love that mop. :)

I used the magic eraser designed for tough grease and it worked great on stove top. I used the refular magic eraser on wall stains.

Clean, dry paint brushes are great for dusting window blinds, baseboards, ceiling fans and windowsills. Save old newspapers and mailed coupons that are not slick to clean your windows and mirrors with. Murphy's Oil Soap concentrate is great for cleaning all wood surfaces and most hard flooring. I dilute it with water and use the spray bottles from Dollar Tree. Those are the main cleaning tips that come to mind, hope it helps. :) And way to go on cleaning all day at 30 weeks!

Trick for putting pillowcases on: turn the pillow case inside out, stick your hands all the way inside the pillowcase into the corners, grab corners of pillow (with your hands that are inside the pillowcase) and then unfold the pillowcase onto the pillow! Easy peasy 😄😄

Easy way to get a pillow inside a pillowcase.... Grab the middle lower part of the outer pillow case and push through (making it go inside out). With your hand still inside, grab hold of the middle lower part of the pillow (don’t let go) and start pulling the pillow case up the pillow with the other hand that’s free. This is a technique usually used in settings like the hospital or sometimes hotel rooms (because you never know what’s on those pillows, this makes it easier, faster, and reduces contact with that pillow)

Hi Allie. You did great cleaning in this video, expecting and all. You look lovely and you have a lovely home. I think you probably do have the nesting fever! You made it sparkle in there! I like your laundry sorter. I have 3 different colored rectangular baskets that I slide under my front loader washer and dryer. It works great. Black is for towels and washcloths. White is for white socks, T-shirts, and underclothes. Red is for my clothing. My kids have a basket near their bathroom to drop clothes in. Except one of them has a basket of his own too Wish you well!

The mop twists! Where the red meets the grey, unscrew it all the way and it should extend. Once it’s extended locking it into place by tightening the other way! It took me a while to figure it out too! Also where is your couch from?? I am looking for one and yours is perf! Love the video Allie!

GURL! CLEAN THE KEURIG! The part where you put the K-cups comes out in 3 pieces. I can almost guarantee you there's mold in there. I didn't know that til like 6 months into having mine. It gets disgusting super fast.

Elissa Seth I now have a regular one that one side brews full carafes and the other side can brew single serve, but you can use either K-Cups or there’s a mini basket to fill with fresh coffee. I do that instead to eliminate all that plastic waste.😊 It’s nice to still have the single serve option if I want it, though.
