Growing up I've always thought that french toast is merely toast dipping in milk and egg and then pan-fry.
However, this experiment opened my eyes to a brand new taste. It turned out that I missed the really delicious French toast!! The ultimate french toast doesn't taste like toast anymore, but a bit like eating pudding and Canele. Soft and tender, it melts in the mouth with a light bite almost without chewing, full of egg and buttery aroma!

100ml whipping cream
40g granulated sugar
