What is ASMR?
ASMR is a physical reaction to sound, sometimes even causing a warm tingling sensation. Side effects may include: feelings of relaxation, calmness, comfort, moments of entertainment, followed by the intense need to nap. I've been watching asmr since 2012 and making them since 2016, with the goal of creating videos I wished to see more of in the community.

To this day this is still one of my all time favorite videos from PJ because it just feels so perfect. The visuals, the confidence to film where he was probably seen as he did this, his soft and comforting facial expressions that make me feel like I can just be safe and close my eyes to sleep... Though my favorite part is when he's in the area between traffic because it looks so cool to see him so uncaring of anyone seeing him do this. I wish so badly I had confidence like that, I hope one day I can achieve it for myself. So glad you made this video PJ!

I've been subscribed since mid 2016 (I'm subscriber number like 887) and I just want to say how proud I am of this kid!! His video quality has improved immensely since he first started out, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. I can recall multiple occasions in the past of him saying that hand movements/visuals don't really "do it for him" but I'm glad he's stepping out and making videos not for himself and for his audience (if that makes sense). KEEP IT UP PJ!! You deserve all of this success and more!!

The incorporation of different visuals with sounds is great! I love visual asmr but I can't always divert my full attention to enjoying visuals while doing assignments, but after listening once through I can always go back and rewatch the video for the "first" time, with visuals, pretty sick.

This is so perfect, PJ. Visual triggers are my FAVORITE. Stipples and lights and stuff like that. And the layered background sounds help too. You're a god.
