@@FoodandFootprints Wonderful. Masak lemak is one of my fav dish eaten with nasi n sambal belacan n ulam. Glad to see u guys tasted so many masak lemak dishes. D smoked meat or cat fish masak lemak r really delicious. Perhaps one of these days u guys could try daging salai masak lemak tempoyak. What's common in gerai nasi campur is ayam masak lemak, I like better if they add potato. D veg n young fruit r also good for masak lemak like cabbage, banana heart, bamboo shoots, young banana, young jackfruit, taro stem etc I think u guys had tasted some of them. Tofu n eggs r also good, simple n delicious for masak lemak. D other veg like tapioca shoots, fern shoots, pumpkin n d leaves shoots, cashew nuts fruits n d leaves shoots r very rare that u could only taste it from a home made kitchen. 😄

The first 2 noodle dishes really not seen or heard of ..great sharing and description..masak lemak is always so appetizing..haha cendol without durian 😂😂 .. so eager to share the siu pau and kaya puff with us that had to eat standing and down it with plain water, would had been more enjoyable to have the butter cake, kaya puff with a nice cup of kopi o kosong in a coffeeshop chill with all those locals..yes, it's so relaxing n laid back feel when see those reading newspaper at coffeeshops or hawker centre.. Seremban little India also interesting and should be able to get very nice indian food
