I would have to say, this is an extremely well thought out and well executed design. Minimal clutter, with pure functionality ......... just the way it should be. Thanks for sharing.

I'd seen many videos on these carts, this is one of the best, in terms simplicity and functionality, looks like a factory product. Certainly not a beginner's project. Good job sir. Thanks for sharing.

Actually I am a beginner. Apart from a basic welding course, this is my first MIG welded project. I am definitely not a pro.

Thanks for posting this - I picked up some really useful tips for my trolley design (inset wheels, bottle strap pegs, drawers, cable hangers, and that sheet bottle recess). Really great.

I got the drawer runners free from a local kitchen maker. They were old unused stock but they still work.

great looking trolley, i got myself one today from a shop and wow i couldnt believe how people even sell crap like that.. its so poorly made, i might have to take it back to the shop and get my money back

At the other end of the scale are the trolleys you can find on KZfaq that are built like tanks.

So on the side where the grinders were hung why not add hooks for the cords and make it more neat?

I just coil up the cords and hang them over the respective grinder, or lay the coils in the bottom tray.

Great design think I’ll use some of your ideas when making my own shortly. Curious to how the cable holders are mounted to the main shell. I can’t see any seams when they’re on the trolley at 2:30 but at 2:15 they have three pieces with two welds on them?

The cable holders are not welded to the main shell. What you don't see at 2:15 are the screw holes in the plate. 3 screws hold the cable holders onto the side of the drawers. You can see the screws at 2:30.
