Instead of counting the rest time between sets I frequently recite a count of 33 x subhanallah, alhamdulillah and Allah hu akbar, then after the third set finish by saying la ilaaha illallahu wahdahu laashareekala hu la hul mulku wa la hul hamdu wa huwa alaa quli shay in qadeer. @@QuranAlFurqanRecitationWaalaikum assalaam akhi, I respect your advice and concern brother, however I must warn you as your fellow Muslim that dropping "kufr" that lightly is very dangerous and not something that a Muslim should do unless it very blatant and clear, and they have the correct knowledge and hikmah (wisdom) to do so. Only Allah swt knows what is in the hearts, and our prophet Muhmmad blessing be upon him taught us to always think the best of our brothers and sisters in Islam. Once again I appreciate the advice and I definitely agree that I must lessen the time I spend on games, and inshaAllah I'm working towards doing that. @@Hamza-iq6gw My favourite one is "Die Erlebnisse des syrischen Ritters Usāma ibn Munqid" (The Experiences of the syrian knight Usāma ibn Munqid). It's from the German library of the near east. There is not much Commentary in it. Most of it is just the writings of ibn Munqid.

Same, I threw out all my western music years ago only to find my son s phone FILLED will the trash, some which i even listen to , ( drake, Dr.dre, other party music). Needless to say he listen to this now after i sat him down and explained why we cannot listen to it 😎
