Speakers that have frequency cuts done actively by an audio processor (DSP) should not use physical crossovers, correct? In other words, in these cases I “never” use physical crossovers, correct?

Is the DSP able to be fully user tuned manually, if so is it a PEQ or GEQ with time alignment like the PXA-800 etc? Not a lot of tech info on the amp/DSP.

I see you all have the Alpine EV-100SWY-T 10-inch EV-Series Subwoofer selling separately. Can this be installed only just for a subwoofer upgrade? In other words can i just remove the stock subwoofer and install the alpine one plug for plug.

So will this work on the 24 Model Y RWD with the downgraded 7 speakers? This is honestly the most valid option for that model, for the LR and P this seems honestly useless

At this time, it is not recommended for the 2024 models. We are working on some additional harnessing for better use in the 2023 and 2024 model years.

My friend purchased this system for his highland it fits but he is not getting full coverage as the 2 subs with 2 amps are on the deck lid and he's missing some of the front door speakers and subs this is a 12 speaker system the premium system in the highland is 17

but with the bigger woofer. how much detail is lost in the bass. teslas have very tight and punchy bass. how much of that do you lose. is it even an improvement after all of that?

@@AlpineTV I got to hear it. Really un impressed tbh. For those wondering, I’d stick with what the Bang&Olufsen engineers put in the car. The apline system sounds weak and sloppy with a big woofer that has no detail and ferrite magnets. Stock used more powerful magnets with more detail

You know this System is $3000 ?? As good as it is, I think that's crazy. yeah I had a Alpine system in my car as a Teen, it was great. I'd rather pay $3000 off the car when the car already has a great system. It's not like the old days when car stereos really sucked.

Here in Australia, Alpine have two kits the Pro and the Ultimate the difference is the Ultimate has 2 amps , do you how much of a difference the 2 amps make ?

We only recommend installation of this system up to 2022 models. We are working on some additional options though to make this system a more seamless install for 2023 and 2024 models.

@@ProLumba I don't think it's that bad for all custom gear already pre created so no building or cutting needed. The amp is really good. Is there a second dummy mono amp that looks the same and has the same power and sound that you can get to run a second subwoofer?
