For the 14900K I would use both cables as you described your plan to do so once it goes into the case :))

Kathrin, absolutely. I only use one for basic testing.

Will be waiting for your updated video. I also started collecting parts for my setup one by one after seeing your videos. But, I'm still worried about AIO Cooler.

What AIO are you planning on using? I am very happy with the Artic Liquid Freezer III I used in the upgrade to my previous Virtual Memory Application Server build.

@@PE4Doers I'm planning Arctic Liquid Freezer III 420 (for 14900k) but it is still unavailable in my country. Hopefully, it might be available with in July as Arctic importer said. I might use Cooler Master HAF 700 EVO or Lian-Li O11 Dynamic EVO XL as Casing. Already purchased, Motherboard Asus ProArt z790 Creator Wifi & GPU, GALAX RTX 4080 16GB. But still not sure about additional case fan & number of RAM. For your kind opinion please.

I would highly recommend: Refrain from using any Enermax AIO since they had recalls and Gunk issues in different series of their Liquidtech Series AIO's 2019 through 2022. I am not sure if they have resolved the issues yet. You mentioned and listed a Corsair AIO set in the video description but you decided to not use it?

Kathrin, of course. I just happened to have it on the shelf after replacing it with the Artic on my VM Application Server.

Such a nice board. If it only was not an ASUS board. I took a B650 ProArt off a PC Partslist after watching the GN Videos. I hope you never encounter any issues with It. Did you watch the Video Series of GN on the atrocious Customer Service experience Gamer Nexus had to endure?

Katherin, yes, I know about all the issues others have had with ASUS, however I've never had any problems with them. Of course, I do not over-clock, which may be one of the root-causes to some of the issues.

@@PE4Doers Forcing the customer into paying for a Repair of an ASUS Ally he did not ask for has nothing to do with OC. Yet not even mentioning the issue stated on the RMA form like the joystick that is still covered in Warranty... I highly recommend the GM videos :))

@@KathrinHausermann Thanks for the great information Kathrin. I guess I've been lucky using ASUS. My biggest issues have been about usability and flexibility with motherboards. The two I've had trouble with has been Gigabyte and to a much lesser degree MSI. One thing on my list to do after my day-job retirement is to replace the Gigabyte motherboard on my Wife's PC. It just keeps losing the BIOS settings even though I've replaced the battery three times. It is way past any waranttee, so I have not other option but to replace it. Although I've never had any problems with their GPU's. I think I've come to stay away from specific parts from specific vendors. For example I will never buy a PSU from Corsair again, or a motherboard from Gigabyte (since I really don';t like it's BIOS either). I may have mentioned once (or twice, or more) that my father was a Television Repairman when I was growing up. I now know what he meant about avoiding specific parts from specific manufacturers. When I was younger and learning how to fix televisions, radios, and general electronics, I did not really understand it, since the two distributors he went to for equipment and parts always seemed to try and point him to specific vendors. When I asked him about that, he said that those distributors were not really trying to mislead him, but that they were not accountable to customers who just wanted their equipment to work well and last a long time. Sorry for the long-winded story.
