This is a low cost high performance low voltage servo drive project. Plan for high performance gimbals, servos and robots. Ultra low speed control has now been implemented and more fatures are under development.

congrat, the rotation look smooth. BTW the back EMF must be really small and full of noise, which algorithm did you use to detect rotor angle?
@dravincezhang29065 жыл бұрын
We used a magnetic encoder to detect the rotor position

I am building a precision pan-tilt camera mechanism and this appears to be an excellent solution for BLDC motion control. Would you be able to share any development information? Is this a product that can be purchased?

Nice! Whats the stall torque? Any thoughts on what the cost of purchase might be for say a pack of 8 plus controllers?
@dravincezhang29065 жыл бұрын
The stall torque is approximately 100mN*m. The project has not been completed, so it is currently unavailable

What is the name of the Encoder plz?

How could u achieve this?! Can u shade some light on information like the driver u've used?
@dravincezhang29066 жыл бұрын
I use MP6536 as power stage. It inherits driver and MOSFETs,and can provide 5.5A current at 24V.

thanks dravince! Could you advise about the ESC you used? i mean which type/brand you are using? it's for your DIY project? or commercial one?

Do you mean control algorithm, or somethings else?

@@dravincezhang2906 Sorry I reply toooo late since I was busying for my job yes, I mean control algorithm. Actually I wana make my maxon EC90 flat motor to rotate at a really slow speed, which is 0.33 rpm. So your project is really inspiring to me. Now, I could only get it at around 30rpm by ST motor Control Workbench with FOC 4.2 library. How do you get this insane 0.25 rpm? Could you kindly give me some advice? You might email me disablewong@gmail.com THanks in advance!~

maxon motors are way to expensive...
@dravincezhang29066 жыл бұрын
Yes, quite expensive. This is for testing purposes only.
