whenever I go back to fight the corpse of king Minos, when it comes to parrying his attacks, I always dash into them while attempting the parry. when I first switched to doing it that way it definitely felt like it was helping. I was wondering if its just placebo or if I'm actually sort of "brute forcing" the parry window by dashing while trying to parry.

I have a few things to say 1: this is incredibly well made 2: it gets straight to the point with showing the parrys 3: it’s really helpful for finding and practicing parrys I could go on and on about how much I like this video but I’ll spare you the time

Woah, crazy. Last night I just discovered how to parry the Hideous Mass' harpoon and did tons of damage to one in Cybergrind, then tested it out on 1-3 and saw it did no damage. Needless to say I was pretty confused but this video cleared that up for me :^) (also, you can get "critical punches" on the streetcleaners right before they start blasting fire, resulting in an instakill with the knuckleblaster. I dunno if that's technically a "parry" but it's the closest you can get for that enemy type)

You can also parry v2's shotgun, Gabriel's aura of swords by themselves, and I don't really know if I'd count Agony and Tundra but they are special enemies since they don't die before the other does.

This actually got me to see a bunch of potential parry windows I've never acknowledged. Time to practice my timing with those I guess lol

There is so much of this that I had no idea you could parry, mainly melee attacks. I guess I just assumed parrying was exclusive to projectiles.
