I agree. I built a Avenger .25 Bullpup that shot amazingly well out to 150 yards. Very tight groups. Gave it to a Marine Afghan veteran to enjoy with his 10 year old son. Good times in Texas.

Got mine on mon this week!!... I have been trying to get my hands on One of these umarex Gauntlet 30's For weeks and weeks!!I was getting so frustrated because every place that was showing "in stock" online, I would click on their website link and it was either always sold out... or it wouldn't let me check out, so I would call the shop and they would always say, " Sorry man, but these things are right BACK OUT OF THE DOORS the same day we get them BACK in!!!". But my persistence paid off, and I found the last one in stock at the last shop I checked. I absolutely love this thing... it is a grip it and rip it 💯% it's a beast.

The barrel in the G2 .30 is held in place by the end with the ldc adapter.

I’m pretty new to air guns but I’m trying to learn everything I possibly can. Your videos and rebuilds are great. I don’t know much but your point about the barrel and bottle being flexible and not fixed and how that can effect POI makes total sense. I actually wondered that when I first got my Gauntlet 2 in .25 cal but then I just brushed that thought aside and thought to myself “if that was an issue then surely the factory producing the gun would fix it”…so it must not be a big deal. It sounds like maybe my first instinct might have been right.Your common sense approach to things and the way you explain things is refreshing to me. You should just start your own gun company! I’m surprised some of the gun making companies haven’t tried to hire you. Do you have a Gauntlet 2 kit for a .25 cal? What about a .25 cal moderator? What bipod were you using in this video?

it seems to me that what you've done is take the "free float" out of the free float tube. now when it goes from your cool house or car and into the heat, there is no place for it to expand to, and everything expands under those conditions, unless your brackets and the factory bottle are all made from the same gauge alloy. thats why the factory stock had as you said, wiggle room. or am i missing something?

Love the rifle, but their tech support is horrible. I have a Umarex Gauntlet first version .25 cal, had a few problems with it, I called tech support and had a argument with them on the phone. The tech support people one in particular is a real asshole. I will never buy another rifle from them again just because of one or two idiots that are employed there. I instead I purchased last week a Air Venturi Avenger from Pyramid Air and love it. Tech support is awesome and very Knowledgeable. Think twice before you purchase from Umarex.
