@@tehmaimed It's because of how RyanLV's team works. By herself, Chun wouldn't be called a cheese character but in the context of Ryan's team, she turns into an ultra cheese character.

@@ghostfire1192 I mean I can see why people say that, but Ryan is running Chun without a neutral assist and he gets hits with her all the time. His Chun just insanely good and people only look at the Phoenix aspect of his team. You rarely see him take a fight with Dark Phoenix because people rarely even get that far against him (only Chris G usually gets to that point). I honestly think he'd be even more unstoppable if he ran with a team like Chun/Doom/Phoenix(or Vergil/Strider) instead

@@atmaillumina Every phoenix players before him save the bars for phoenix. Ryan used his bars as needed. That's smart.

@@Ascend777 RyanLV's not overly reliant on Phoenix like most phoenix players. Actually he decimates most teams with Chun/Morg alone, which is a nice headfake for those players who do manage to snap in and kill his Phoenix. I've also seen enough of his matches where I do think he's won more matches playing regular Jean instead of Dark Phoenix

The game is full of cheaps, and Chris is just taking it to the next level.

I think wining cuz Phoenix has that extra is slightly cheap too so I don’t see any issues.

well, godlike is a bit much, ryan has complete control over his 3 characters while chris G constantly drops combos with everyone and never seems to do an infinite

You could say that, if all he had to deal with was the Morrigan, but he also had to deal with being chipped down and getting in on Chun. He's had to scramble with Chun Li on multiple occasions, before he was backed by Missiles. By the time Ryan's Morrigan came in, Chris' Morrigan was already worn down. You also need to remember that Hyakuretsukyaku makes scrambles more favorable for Ryan, so when Chris is forced into Block Stun, he ends up getting opened up. Add to it, Ryan typically has more meter to play with.

There was also a match where RyanLV OCV'd Chris G's entire team with low-life Morrigan, it was insane. His Morg is just superior to Chris G's, he can read and predict how he moves his Morrigan and place his fireballs strategically... he best in the business hands down (along with his Chun and Jean)
