En ce Dimanche matin, 9 Mars 2024 les résidents avoisinant l'immeuble résidentiel de trois étages situé sur la rue Iberville dans l'arrondissement Rosemont-Petite-Patrie ont été réveillé par un bruit assourdissant.
En effet une bonne partie du mur nord de l'édifice venait de s'effondrer. Les pompiers ont été appelé à sécuriser l'endroit. Un large déploiement de véhicules divers du Service
incendie de la ville de Montréal à été appelé à se présenter sur les lieux.

On this Sunday morning, March 9, 2024, residents surrounding the three-story residential building located on Iberville Street in the Rosemont-La-Petite-Patrie borough were awakened by a deafening noise.
In fact, a good part of the north wall of the building had just collapsed. Firefighters were called to secure the area. A large deployment of various Service vehicles from the Montreal fire department was called to the scene.
