The forearm striking stone pillar, the chinese characters read 'tie bi gong'. Transliterated to read: iron arm art... iron forearm art? The master briefly said to train hitting the pillar 3000x per day. He's 62 years old and have been training this for 51 years. The crew concluded among themselves that he started at 11 years old. That was about all I managed to understand.

51 years of scar tissue on his arms .. He suffered a lot . Lot of respect for his strong mind . Not many people can do this .You need a lot of self control to keep doing this for so many years .
What is amazing isn't that old mans bone and skin withstand the strike - amazing is his mental determination and willpower to subject himself to this over years. I'm in awe.

now THESE are REAL Kung Fu masters! not those who just CLAIMED themselves as masters and loses to some MMA fighter in a few seconds.. I imagine these masters have caused more than enough broken bones (at the very least) in their lives to know not to accept some stupid MMA challange

@CHNW The greatest style ever made by them (Chinese) is the covid 19. It spread across the world at tremendous speed, annihilated millions. Better than iron palm, iron shirt, eagle claw. tiger.

Wow, this is so amazing, this is culture, life, and health, the real knowledge for human salvation. I'm form latin America, and we don´t see things like this. I really appreciate this kind of content. Greetins from Chile.
Fist of Five Ancestors...Wu Chu Chuan or Wuzuquan (Mandarin pronunciation) also known as Ngo Chor Kun (if pronounced in Hokkien/Fujian dialect)...this is the origin of Okinawa Goju Ryu. There are many books out there supporting this and a lot of the older Goju Ryu senseis acknowledge this. During Japanese nationalism...they tried to distance themselves as being different but in the end, you can't erase historical documents and etc with lineage. It is wonderful to see this karate practitioner embarking on a journey to search for the source and origin of an art he passionately loves. At the end of the day, martial arts is a battle of yourself and to yourself. It is a pugilistic way of life to better yourself both physically, mentally and spiritually.
@@fpsmobile3945 Sim. OSS!

Stones do not hit back . But .. Takes a lot of self control to stay focussed while suffering so much pain . His arms did hurt but he proved that his mind is stronger than his body .

Decadência das artes marciais leva a esta probreza de realidade atual, pessoas dotadas de alta força e não sabem para que serve isso. Os verdadeiros mestres e a essência da.filosofia estão mortos.
