That platinum diamond brooch with the "Marquis" looks very similar to the "i have it,now i can die happy list" i have in my head..love Ewardian,Art Deco Beauties like that. And that Aquamarine.. WOW. I LOVE the stone ofc,but i have a penchant for well made heavy pieces of precious metal. So very impressive. Love the cut. And that Native American Bracelet you show at first,was very special. The tension set craftmanship is wondrous,like the man who created it has not only made something beautiful,but very interesting,like he's created a little villiage or a little mysterious world even,and on the inner part,the inlay is some of the most impressively done. Beautiful 🩵 I like the sapphire ring,bc i got one last summer. Mine is hotpink as well,not as much saturaion- natural (ofc..tyvm) sorry if i dont care much for lab creations) in a heavy well crafted solid 18k white gold. It's an Edwardian Style Setting with side diamonds. LOVE IT.

Hi Jason. I am so glad I found you. You were on one of Thelma's pages, and I clicked! I am just beginning in this world of selling/eBay, etc. My dad just passed a month ago, and he was a phenomenal artist, collector, restorer and taught me all about home goods, furniture, glass, etc. He has left me a small, yet wonderful collection of some of these items. My love for jewelry came from my grandma and mom. While I have been around all types of jewelry, I don't feel I have the knowledge base that needs to be there. I started watching Thelma and realized the amount and totality of what I have been missing. So I have been doing some heavy reading, viewing, and research into this. I like the way you explain and name items. You have an incredible amount of knowledge and it shows. Please continue to give general prices on items. I know it's extremely personal to state what you purchase for something. Maybe you could frame it as " I would purchase this for x amount" also, the Scotty dog/ wood pieces, can you give general prices for those? Lastly, I loved you photos. The one with the ice/waterfall was phenomenal. The model blended perfectly into the background. I loved the cameo's, mother of pearl heart with stones, the Marquis diamond with lace metal work, aquamarine/diamonds, and so much more. Thank you, Jason!!!

That fire agate would make an incredible pendant if it could be floated…that’s more proof nature is art. …Do you sell online…I’m appreciate but am not big on gold and fine stones but you could be my grandson with the rest you collect. While I admit there are some gorgeous pieces, I am not really into costume, eventually it all just starts looking the same. Its all about who's brand is it and less about how it actually looks, or what it is made of. I do love vintage jewelry, the older the better, then I don't mind "costume" cause it was what there was during that time period. Mainly I prefer real stones, real metals and design that stands out. You sure have managed to gather some killer pieces!

I love your enthusiasm and excitement for the things you buy and simultaneously that analytical distinction between the items that you buy for love and those that you buy for resale or because they are good value. It is good to see someone experienced unconsciously make that distinction, unlike so many for whom everything they buy is astounding, amazing, exceptional when to an experienced collector it quite obviously is not and so undermines their credibility. You honestly say that was good value or the components would cost more individually, whereas this is exceptional because it is artisan made or an exceptional stone.
