I suspect the lens need to be tilted up and down a little bit and then calibrate the device. If it works fine while driving then should be alright since the gate resembles the shape of a rectangle.

I have done everything even moving my dashcam few place and finally to a center position in my car,, but no good result. i called the support centre. she said mine is probably defective. :(. I dont want to go through the warranty process so she gave me a new firmware. I hope the firmware solve my problem.

I think that is for the reversing camera. Maybe try disable rear camera.

Unfortunately this is single channel cam only.

Try check the video quality. High FPS allow more images to be captured.

An indication of battery is weak and no longer able to keep memory.

I suspect the sensitive level is too high causing video to be locked all the times. Try check if the video recorded has a lock. Try refer minute 6:06.

Have you turn on WiFi? Need to connect phone to Wifi and detect the dash cam using Wifi.

Hi, I do faced this issue. I suspected the internal battery has malfunction. Unable to provide constant current. Try check if the date displayed is correct. If it is always shown 2017 after restart then it is quite certain that the internal battery is weak and unable to store charge. Alternatively, try format the SD card. It helps prevent the issue.

It’s a setting in the camera you have turned on. You need to turn that setting off.
