“Potato cameras” Here’s my irrelevant thought: The less you see me, the prettier I look, the more you will like me. 😂 No one needs to see me in HD. You know why everyone in the 50s-80s look good? Cause they’re on that 420p dslr camera quality. For all you know I may have a giant zit on my forehead, but on your screen, I’ll have smooth skin. 😂 I may have something between my teeth, but all you’ll see are pearly whites. 😂 😂

I really love butterfly keyboard, I don't know what's in it, but It feels more connected to my brain when I am typing more than the old 2013-2015 retina keyboards

I get that having a dedicated graphics is important, there is a trade off in that it drains your battery so that really wouldn't make much of a difference for me. I think I'm going to purchase it this weekend. Thanks for the review!

That's a good point about the webcams, I have a 2017 MacBook Pro and I love it, but I also don't always like it. I've gone through two Apple chargers and the second one was barely used since I use my PC a lot more, and so I finally went aftermarket with my third charger and it has lasted me a year so far. I really wish they would have updated the webcam and screen already, they always seem slow to do something like that. Thus why I no longer have an iPhone.

I think audio professionals who prize portability are a big market for the 13 MBP, especially if they have a larger setup already for editing video. Def agree it would be super nice to get the dedicated video card and front facing camera upgrade - hopefully next year

I still use the Mid 2012 model.....its still running perfectly...

I'm using base 16'' model for about 7 mo and so far I replaced the space bar. It was my fault it think as something trapped in. That was an easy 10 mins fix at the apple store. They popped the key out, cleaned underneath and installed a new key. I love this thing but as you mentioned it's too big to carry it around all of the time. I wish Apple can put a dedicated GPU in the 13th inch model. Thanks for a great video!

I purchased the 2020 13 inch 256g and my wife got the 2020 air. Both are amazing, Only area I find it lacking is the camera in a zoom age. I gave my 16 yo my MacBook Air I purchased in 2017 and she loves it. It’s an upgrade from her chrome book. I considered the 16 inch but it was 2 heavy and large for my needs.

I frequently watch violin tutorials on youtube, often slowing them down (learning!) to around 85% of their original speed. Then I'll sometimes watch 'you'. Every time I'm like 'Man, what's wrong with him?' for a solid 5 minutes until I realize I'm watching you at 85% normal speed. It's a trip.

I personally just got a 2020 max pro 13 inch but I completely upgraded it. Even to get the 16 inch it still was a good amount more. I am in a film program when video editing is very important. Yes I do wish I had the extra graphics but since I’m always moving around the 13 inch was an obvious choice. So far it’s working well and I don’t have complaints besides the price.

Im soo excited to get mine! I’m saving up for it. The M1 MacBook

Hi, I appreciate your opinion and I was wondering if my wife and I should wait for the newer MacBook Pro 16 or just get the newest one. Although it is high in price, she feels when it is time it will be a good investment. She has a 2014 and the speaker is going out as well as it feels as if it slowed down. She does a lot of graphic design for a Christian student organization as well as works with their social media page and website and I am a teacher who uses her laptop LOL! I’ll probably just keep her old one if and when we decide to upgrade.

The higher tier has the low end like the 16”. They added the subs in it. So you even get better sound on the higher tier lol. Also dual fan instead of 1.

I am a fan of 13 pro. Light to carry around, fits easily but just when I do my editing for hours or load it with power it really lags the performance. I would be keen down if they could bring it on table
