Oh Dot what a lovely package from a friend. Those doilies are really sweet. But my Favorite is those Perfume bottles i absolutely Love them. That book is filled with such Beautiful paper. I'm "drooling" over all the beads, jewelry parts, and buttons! I make jewel Christmas trees and my mind is whirling with all the possibilities! Is that a crocheted baby bootie pinned to the Rose O'Neill flannel? I love the "Give Mother the Vote" piece you showed at the end.

Hi Crystal🤗 Oh my I love that Give Mother the Vote poster by Rose O'Neill too! Yes, there was a sweet little pair of crocheted booties pinned to the Kewpie flannel. In my excitement I neglected to show them off. Your trees sound positively gorgeous! I'm looking forward to using my new jewels 😍✨

Hy Dot! I love everything you were gifted! All the beads are so wonderful. If I ever want to tone down wallpaper to make it a little bit more vintage, I brush it with watered down white paint, using cross hatch paint strokes. After it’s dry, you can touch it up a bit. The pattern will still show through and make it look a little softer and more vintage-er! 😂

Lorraine! I can share! There are enough beads for a lifetime of miniatures! My cheeky friend said, "would you like a few beads?". Hahaha🤣 The Kewpie tobacco cloth is a real treasure for me. I love all things Kewpie. 😍✨

What a great box of goodies. I too put all my beads in vintage jars mostly I use little glass spice jars I find thrifting also mason jars work great and look nice. Have fun using these things.

Haha! I know, when I listened back for my editing, I could hear my own distraction. I'm the kind of person who has to really "think" over possibilities and take my time looking at my supplies to see what sparks me. Hello Dot, what a wonderful gift, so many beautiful beads, the Cupie blanket is my favourite thing, it's gorgeous 😍 you'll be able to make all sorts of things with the beads too lamps, bottles, you can even use them as furniture legs, and you'll have fun sorting them.
