I ordered a h&o weekly and it got damaged so they sent me a weekly replacement and a daily to review for them. I got the daily in wisteria and the marigold weekly both undated.

I'm so sorry to hear that your planner got damaged during delivery. But I'm so happy to hear that the company made it right and sent you a bonus daily planner. 🙌 This is by far the best company I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Wisteria and Marigold sound dreamy together.

Hi is the cover linen or like leather feeling material?

That's a very good question! It really depends on the color of the planner that you get. The one I have, which is Midnight, is a vegan leather cover. The only other color that also has a leather cover would be classic black. The other colors available (rosewood, wisteria, sequoia, secret garden, mulberry, and deep forest) appear to have a linen-cloth material cover.

I'm really trying to find a flip through video that shows me - Does this planner lie flat when you have it open?!

With it being designed like a book, it lays flat. My best way of explaining it, think back to the textbooks from school. They laid flat on the table, but as you start to progress through the book, or even at the beginning, there will be more pages on one side than the other... until you get closer to the middle of the book. I have had no issues in being able to write in this planner. 😊
