Sure that this VP will pair up with Kyo-Iro Stone Road to Gion. Even the ombre color matches the shading of this ink.

Do you guys know if there's a pen like the Vanishing Point that doesn't have the clip? I own a VP but sadly the clip is in the way when I write.

Also if you get the Majohn A1 Clipless as 0000ren said, you can substitute the Pilot nib unit into the Majohn one so you still get a very nice Pilot writing experience.

@@williamcatalano1762 Thank you both so much! So the nib unit for the VP can fit nicely in the Majohn A1? That's amazing, albeit a little disturbing that they're able to copy Pilot's design.

@justmejus Yeah it's a blatant copy haha I have a Pilot Fermo and it's the exact same unit as the vanishing point and I have an A1 I take to work sometimes and they can interchange nib units.

@@justmejus Pilot's IP rights expired, putting the design in the public domain just like Pelikan's piston mechanism that is used in TWSBI piston fillers. And Majohn is clear in their branding, so nobody will mistake one of their pens for a Pilot. I own pens by both brands (Majohn A1 with a clip was my test balloon for the VP; Pilot VP, Decimo and Fermo)..
