I have built this car Paul, it was also my first car I owned...:) It had really thick comfortable seats and a 3 speed on the floor.....:)

Yes, and the upolstery was real thick fabric not plastic or vinyl

I don't know if anyone has mentioned it - as videos on this channel lag the Patreon - but there are two front grills and some other duplicate trim pieces because this can be built as either a 1952 or a 1953.

I have the 1954 Hudson Hornet Special which I doubt is much different from this kit. From your review looks to be a good kit and I bought it since it was something different I wouldn’t normally do. Looks cool and be a neat one to see you do.

The '54 shares the chassis and drivetrain and some other bits, but has a different body/trim and some interior pieces. It was the last car Hudson made before being merged with Nash to for American Motors. Moebius made it because the founder's father drag raced one (which Moebius also made a kit of a few years back).

I just found your channel. I just got my first mobius model (Tim Flock's 55 Chrysler 300), and I don't think I will ever buy AMT or Revell again. Yes there is flash and yes there are some awkward instances, but it is manageable without being an expert. And the parts Fit. But I will definitely be trying to find one of these.
