Looking great so far. The R33 might be considered the ugly duckling by many when it comes to late-model GTRs, but I love them.

The car looks wonderful. I wish I could find a 2008-10 Viper in snakeskin green like this. I have always owned a model of each of my cars through the years, but this is the one that has eluded me.

I've just won one of these on ebay for a good price, can't wait to get it done. Its going to be a 56 squadron bird with the overwing tanks on. My favorite jet of all time, and fitting im going to get to do one now i can actually do it justice. My very first model was the 1/72 f2a, done in the green 92 squadron colours and it came out horribly!

1 question, is there a dent in the middle of the bonnet or is the camera making it look like that

Man, this takes me back. Only in the early 90s,the 69 Camaro model kit was molded in flippin' Blue plastic. Was very hard to paint.....especially when you had nothing but the good ol Testors kit brushes. Spray kit came a bit later.

I'll be honest... I just dont understand why Chris is making this a transkit and not a full kit. To buy an entire kit, just for a chassis, glass and three pieces... What an absolute waste

I just found your channel. I just got my first mobius model (Tim Flock's 55 Chrysler 300), and I don't think I will ever buy AMT or Revell again. Yes there is flash and yes there are some awkward instances, but it is manageable without being an expert. And the parts Fit. But I will definitely be trying to find one of these.

I ordered this airbrush today specifically to prime with Stynylrez (UMP), very happy to have found this video as it seems they are the perfect combo.

with one of those escorts having a professionals tie in, could we dare to hope for a good quality ford Capri kit? to be fair I am definitely a Capri guy (first and second car were capris) but I've always liked the RS 2000 especially the Xpack version.

I'm happy to see the Mark 2 Escort RS2000 in kit form at last, and I have to agree with you on the old Esci/Revell/Italeri Escort rally car kit. I built it about ten years ago and it is pretty awful; the only reason I bought it was that I always loved the Escort and it was such an iconic rally car. Another issue I had with that kit is that I built the Revell RAC Rally winning model, but it had racing slicks rather than proper treaded tyres for a rally car. I know Belkits has done the Mark 1 Escort rally car, but the Mark 2 is long overdue for an all new tool.

What a shame and a missed opportunity to make this kit in a larger scale, that would fly off the shelves
