In today's episode we have something ridiculously special. This is my unboxing of the first Rolex that I actually like (bought 2 previously that I eventually sold). This is the Rolex Deep Sea Seadweller Ref 116660. I hope you guys enjoy this episode!

The DSSD is indeed the perfect diver’s watch for you. Yes, you may have to get your dress shirt cuffs adjusted for this. I agree that the micro-adjustments of the DSSD clasp make it IMO one of the best clasps ever made in a sports watch. Enjoy the watch Carlo! Wear it in good health!

Take a look also at the 42mm Polar or black Explorer, there's that popping orange GMT hand that is just your favorite color. Bigger than your previous Expy 2 so you'll probably like it. Congrats sir!

Congratulations on your acquisition. It really is a very satisfying feeling when you do get the timepiece that ticks all the boxes. I always face the same dilemma that you do, especially when buying pre-owned watches. I also have an 8 inch wrist, that's why I insist on watches with bracelets to have all the links present, otherwise, it won't fit me at all.

Man, I’m so happy for my 40th birthday present from my wife - Breitling SuperOcean Heritage II 46mm but once you get good watches you want great watches like this! Damn if you have the money why not and congrats pare!

2:58 There is no crown between "Swiss Made"...so you bought the discontinued model (116660). It has a thinner bracelet and clasp than the current generation (126660). A lot of people complain that the thinner bracelet doesn't allow that huge case to sit well on their wrist, so I'm glad to hear it sits well on yours. I have the current generation, with the James Cameron dial, in my collection. I noticed you went with the black dial. That's a classic look, but I couldn't resist the unique, and beautiful, James Cameron.

Nice watch. Besides the deep sea you can try panerai or IWC big pilot ( but down side is it comes with strap instead of bracelet). Happy wearing your new watch.

Hi sir Carlo, I've been one of your fans and you're one of my inspiration to be successful one day. Because of your vlogs, I can tell that we have the same passion for shoes and some collectible items but unfortunately I can't yet collect them because I'm still studying. And lately, I'm very into watches because of the Casio Royale that was first introduced on the Casino Royale James Bond film.. Hehehe been watching these 007 Films recently.. I hope that you can get one and give some reviews and etc. Because I just bought the Casio Royale last 8.8 sale hehehe. Hoping that it wouldn't be a wrong decision to be the first in my future collection. I plan to collect watch even just once a year. Hahahha

Had the same problem with you. Most rolexes fit small to my 8" wrist except the sea dweller. My recommendation is to take a peek at the new 2019 Omega Seamaster 300m Chronograph 44mm. Omg..it fit our wrist perfectly. Try it out and let me know what you think.

Your wrist while it's large is more "thick" than "wide / flat"; thus the 1st watch you had which was the 40mm submariner actually works on you and is more aesthetically pleasing IMO

What a timepiece! Choosing a watch is essentially considering what would work for you for a looong time. The Sub and Explorer II were both solid, though. What are your thoughts on Daytonas, Sir Carlo?

I bought my second Rolex watch on December 2018. It’s a Submariner 116610LN. Believe it or not I cried when I got out of the AD store. I never thought I would be able to buy a Rolex Submariner watch. I grew up very poor.

no such thing as a waiting list. sadly its an urban legend. deeply connect with an AD and Boom! you will get a call. got my 216570 Polar , 116610 LN and 116610 LV all in one year. yes….from an AD….not grey market or pre-owned. complete with the coffin, stickers and bezel guard.

Nice bro, but for me I can afford for invicta and Nautica watches love them. Have 4 of invicta and 1 Nautica the 4 invicta watches are 50 millimeter and Nautica is 45 millimeter. Subaqua nomad V, VII, Marvel Black widow, pro diver and Nautica blue chronograph.

Got the 114060, 126660dblue, 116622 blue dial and a 116710 blnr. Still got the sneakers but not as active as before and moved on to big boys toys. Lol.
