I’ve always been a huge fan of the AP Royal Oak, but over the past year I’ve become a huge fan of Vacheron. I’d honestly rather have an overseas than a Royal oak now. You just can’t beat that blue dial! My absolute dream timepiece is the overseas tourbillon

Great video! Congrats Ridah! I was lucky to get the blue dial steel Overseas version in early last year. I have only enjoyed this watch on the steel bracelet and rubber strap, but look forward to wearing the leather option soon. Your description of the blue dial is 100% true, it is a mesmerizing dial that is very difficult to capture how it can play with light on camera. May you wear this new piece in great health!

From the level of craftsmanship, historical value and the package overall, I can’t think of another brand that offers three different looks from one watch! At first my resistance were drawn around the case size of the chrons, 42.5 was just a bit big for my wrist, the 41 case offered on the date only version changed my opinion completely. You are a true watch enthusiast, you’ve looked beyond the hype and bought to your likings, vacheron now is completely untouchable! Congratulations my friend, wear it in good health

I got the 37mm blue with diamond bezel for my lady, and waiting to see how long it will take for the steel blue for myself. The buying experience was superb at the NYC flagship boutique. I have the stainless version. The gold is probably the sickest watch you can buy. It’s also like getting 3 for one. Except I never put the leather strap on it lol. Great grab!

People don't stress enough on the fly bracelet extension. It is so important. Especially when you spend tens of thousands of dollars. I would even say it's mandatory at a certain price range. Vacherin executed it perfectly. 👌🏿

Love this review. Will subscribe and look our for more of your content. The Overseas is my Grail watch, although with a young family have to prioritise other things right now. Always preferred the stainless steal, but you make a compelling case for the gold. Stunning watch, less about hype and trend, more pure horology. If I ever buy one of the big 3, I'm buying Vacheron.

However, family comes first and with such priorities any luxury watch is second. Having a small family myself, I understand what you mean :) any vacheron is nice and defiantly worth checking the new 56 With the stainless steel bracelet, such a beautiful time piece. Although it doesn’t have a geneva hall mark the quality is still vacheron and the price is very reasonable.

The VC with its symbolic Maltese cross is the right choice, Rolex is a fashion watch that is not suitable for certain environment, Patek is going down the fashion watch routes so you have made the right choice.

Thank you 🙏 ❤️ my first call would’ve been a SS version of the overseas but as you know it’s impossible to get now, simple date is a better pick for me due to the case size 41mm, any complication would mean a bigger case unless you are entering the perpetual territory!

@@WatchSociety My wrist is at the smaller size at 6.75 and the 3 hand is definitely the way to go. Wears perfectly. And the rubber strap has been a surprising joy. I’m usually bracelet or die, but it looks remarkable on the rubber… and it’s super comfortable. And like you said… the leather is not a thought … has been in the box since I purchased it. Lol. Glad to have it though.

In steel it seemed a little too flash (lugs, reflective dial, extravagant bracelet) to be a 'sports watch' but in rose gold it owns the look. The nautlilus/oak works better in steel for Versatility but this is up there with them in this metal. Pure flex, I'd never know where to wear it though, love to own one just to look at.
