Thank You Nesa, we must clean the Steamer regularly just open the cup and wipe it with tissue and that's it..😉

Thanks for the video, it's the only one in English for this model, also the decalc explanation was useful. But I wanted to know your opinion on it, is it good and does it work well? Would you recommend? Also does the head come with any accessories or a brush?

its one of recommended Garment steamer because its already 1800 watts and Double Pole for Stability of ironing and more comfortable, it removes wrinkles in the clothes faster. not only dress and suite, you can use also in Window Curtain and Blankets.. to kills bacteria 99.99%

the water tank is not cover in warranty but any parts want to replace like the water tank you can buy it in Philips service center.

hi Zhen its necessary to de calc every use just do it twice a week and after use better leave it empty and dont stored water in tank.
