I have the V2, it can get dust but i dont mind it cuz its stuck on my desk and i never peel it off. Soon ill get a new desk so ima have to peel it off, wash it and put it on the new desk

@@pauloch.21 Is it easy to clean? And if so, does it lose it's stickiness?
@pauloch.21
@pauloch.21 3 жыл бұрын
@@aaadrian.2 it never looses stickiness, to wash it you have to peel it off your desk slowly and then wash it with dish soap and water, (with your hand) NEVER dry it with hair dryer, use a towel softly. I think it even sticks better after its washed but remember this is the V2 idk how the V3 is gonna work

i dont recommend people to put Universal Grip Tape like that, becuase surface will be not even, so finger will consistently hit it. Very uncomfy, I tried it. Better make a DIY grip tape that cover whole click buttons. Side is fine with that

the bad thing is that the mouse is not rechargeable. Weird in my opinion.

If anything that's a plus. It means that there are no chances of bloating lithium ion batteries, and you wouldn't need to worry about a lithium battery losing its charge 2 years down the line.

i wish they have just released wired version with around 70-80 grams. not everyone loves lightweight mice + replacing batteries regularly is so annoying and stupid tbh. i prefer original orochi but that ones cord is too short for pc...

The Orochi V2 is like 72grams with a lithium AA. You can make it closer to 80grams by using a heavy alkaline like duracell, although alkaline have a shorter lifespan. Still you’d probably only replace the battery like once every two months. I think a mouse this small benefits from not having a cord influence its movements and momentum.

Logitech G305 on just one AA Energizer Ultimate Lithium literally lasted me two years of daily use with my work laptop. I didn't use any of the low power features and just used it on 1000hz polling rate and this mouse seems to have slightly better battery life, so I wouldn't worry about changing batteries, since I am pretty sure it will last at least 6 month of regular gaming sessions. Wireless really is the future.

I’m sure that one would spend much less time replacing ONE battery than recharging a battery constantly.
