I personally loved the final product. The quality of soap was amazing. It did not dry my skin on use.

I did write a review on their website so they would know. I don't need a replacement. I make soaps all the time, so I always have Olive oil at hand. keeping a new customer & a soap beginner in mind, i would have been really upset.
