i like buying from smaller depop sellers who are just starting bundles! they are usually really cheap ($50-$80) for two outfits plus accessories! I always get those and they never disappoint 😊 you can tell they put lots of effort in and they are so worth it. nonetheless i LOVE watching style bundle vids!

Yeahhhhh I think ima have to agree with you. Just as someone who also sells mystery bundles, it’s a lil disappointing to include so many of my dislikes. I mean what’s the point of me sending my dislikes/likes over if it wouldn’t even be considered?? 🤔 maybe she should market her boxes as just themed mystery boxes.

The orange top was kinda cute and so were the two black tops, but you have similar black tops to those. I loved the stickers n little stuff but overall not worth it. That was SO OVERPRICED. You'd think her bundles would be better considering Ruby Lyn's style.

if you specifically ask for color and yet were given mostly black I’d honestly ask to return it. what’s the point in putting dislikes if you’re gonna get it anyway. like id understand if she gave you one black item but 3? it’s like she didn’t even listen when you stated in your likes that you liked and wanted COLOR :/

for what you paid for and what you requested, this wasn’t worth your money. not only does she THRIFT most of these clothes but she not listen to your dislikes and it took way too long.

What I don't like is the fact she knew she didn't want to do them anymore but continued to sell them. She admits that in her last style bundle video and apologizes. It makes no sense to me but I'm sure she was trying to scrape money together to move to New York. She is clearly charging the big price based on her "influence" but she's not iGirl. This was super sad to watch.

This wasn't worth $115, in my opinion. It wasn't well thought out. The corset top and black bag were cute, but that's it. But these looks put together dont fit your vibe.

Ooooo yessss I saw that video a couple days ago. Kinda sucks that she still went through with pulling for the mystery bundles. Just as someone who also sells bundles, if I ever dont feel confident with a bundle I would just contact the seller and refund them not just throw pieces together ya know? Cause the price is a lil steeeep 😬 but in the end I do like 2 out of the 3 pieces I received!💖

Something about Ruby Lyn seems off to me. She’s absolutely gorgeous but her attitude is just not it. Also I feel so bad for you, this box was not great at all! I love how you stayed positive and didn’t totally bash her in an immature way and you tried to make the most of the bad items you got.

ok so i just ordered a style bundle from someone on depop, and i got 3 tops, 3 bottoms, 1 dress, 1 jacket, 1 bag, 3 accessories, 1 pair of shoes, candy, and a style guide and moodboard & she was very thorough with questions and like was very kind abt the whole thing and you know what the best part is? i got it all for $130. its SO much better just to go with small companies/individuals than a well known person on depop who wont even listen to your asks.

I used to watch Ruby’s videos because I genuinely enjoyed her style bundle videos but I recently looked at her reviews on her depop and she’s notorious for scamming people as a seller and a buyer! Really made me look at her different and this definitely wasn’t worth the money :/

I think there’s nothing wrong with going out of your comfort zone. I did a mystery box where I told them to get me midi and maxi dresses/ skirts because I have none of those, and I fell in love with most of the pieces. I now like those types of clothes thanks to that box, so sometimes mystery boxes do that pretty well. *IF YOU ASK FOR IT*

just wanna let u know I’m also a depop seller located where ruby is, and when I ship packages that big to LA (same size as the one u received) it costs me MAX 20$ and that’s for 7 day shipping guaranteed! she def not only did u dirty on that bundle but sadley scammed u on shipping too:( sorry about that girl!

same here! i've never had to pay that much for shipping, and she charged her the $30 in usd for shipping, which is $40 cad. so that's likely more than twice as much as it would actually have costed her to ship 🤢

I read some of her reviews + one of the ones that stood out said that she had sold someone a top, but the person was given something completely different from what they bought.The buyer claims in the review that Ruby probably sells clothes to people for the money that it’s worth. Then she sends them something different so she can just keep the cute clothes that buyers were supposed to get to wear for herself.

I love ruby but if I were to purchase a bundle i would purchase one from Bella. She has more experience and more knowledge about fashion, and also deadstock pieces and just more unique stuff overall. Ruby said herself that she's really not passionate about making the bundles anymore

i rly recommend lavenderhazela for style bundles!! she makes them centered around style icons/aesthetics (i ordered a courtney love bundle) and you get a decent amount of clothing for the price plus free shipping! i was rly nervous opening mine bc im plus sized and things could've easily gone south but i loved everything she gave me!!

Eeesh. This was a disappointing one. For the price, nothing felt special or specific to you. She hit all your dislikes, and honestly, you could find all of these at any thrift store for much cheaper.

I feel like a style bundle by @trollfunk would go well because her style is very colorful as well!@vvbernie I’ve see like 2 videos of her bundles & she includes a lot you definitely get your money’s worth! There’s also more affordable bundles that go for $25 on Depop from smaller sellers 🧸💗

Heya! Loved the video like always. I felt so disappointed in this box though. The fact that it is meant to be personalised especially at such a high price point, was such a let down. It was quite sad how your box was tailored more to your dislikes lol 😂. I think you was honestly really kind about it but I think the box wasn’t good enough, a 7 was super generous! Like I as a subscriber was even dying inside because I think I’ve grasped your style in the little time I’ve binged your content. Anyway I loved the video regardless and would love to see more mystery boxes, it’s like Christmas, you never know what you’re gonna get 🥰

Yeah I don’t easily upset or disappointed but what irks me the most is that I took time to complete all the info she asked yet still didn’t consider it 😬😬😬😬😬 that’s just a waste of time for the buyer

It’s really sad because all of the three clothing pieces you got had at least one of your dislikes whether it be the plunging neck or dark colors, plus the clips were mediocre :/ I feel like instead of apologizing she should issue refunds because it’s not fair for someone to list their dislikes like they were asked and be given their dislikes and none of their actual likes. That was very unprofessional, lazy and selfish of her. She was clearly just getting some extra money together for NY last minute and put no thought or consideration into her bundles that aren’t the most affordable to begin with which the buyer unfortunately suffered from her “lack of inspiration or motivation”. I’m happy you’re shopping smaller now because with “influencers” the followers go to their head and they put in the least for more $$ because they can. You’re essentially paying for their name on the package + experience instead of quality pieces.

I blocked Ruby months ago so she wouldn't try to scam me. It sucks that she's not willing to listen to all the negative reviews she's been getting and improve her bundles.

Yeah I don't really keep up with her anymore either. Honestly, the number of ppl in the comments who also got a mystery bundle and were ripped off with broken items or pieces that didn't fit at all is just super upsetting. She's charging quite a bit of money to send pieces that don't work for the buyer. ayeeeee

For the pants, if it were me, I would sew like a piece of lace, fabric or something at the bottoms just to complete it. It's a dark color, so it would go with any color. It could add a cool flare/layered look to the pants, too. I dislike high waters on me too :(

i do style bundles!! emily rose and flexy lexy have both done reviews for goth themes, and so i do tons of goth and grunge bundles. but i have always catered to other styles as well, i just don't get requests for them as often! i have been wanting to show more variety for what i can do! 💕💓💝
