Just purchased one for myself, just curious how they sell a “quilters edition” without a straight stitch plate? Needed for free motion quilting with the BSR needed for piecing needed for embroidery which yes I did purchase. The manual that came for the embroidery unit says the plate is standard equipment with the 570, my dealership called Bernina the first person they spoke to said oh yes it absolutely should be included ………. Couple days later they call back oh no that’s not true anymore it’s not to be included purchase separately and ignore the manual that’s “old information “ really not impressed just a money grab for a piece that is used for piecing and free motion on a “QE” edition they have decided to no longer include as standard equipment? I’ve previously had a janome QE and of course included zig zag plate and a straight stitch plate to accommodate being able to stitch all the decorative and straight stitching included on the machine, gonna take a while to convince me this was a step up when they money grab for standard accessories

It all looks real good that’s the machine I want how hard is it to use it to threaded at work at

Weird, 1D & 1C, why did Bernina do that? Looks like its the old version of the embroidery module???
