Great unboxing ä, like always. 🤩

Hi Shay! I know this isn’t important but I remember growing up when there wasn’t cable tv so when something that was geared towards kids was being shown on tv it was very special. One if those things was the Wizard of OZ. I remember it was always on in March. I’m not sure why it was March but that’s when it was. I always looked forward to it. just a little Wizard of OZ trivia for you.

I am glad more DP companies are surfacing. DAC needs competition. I have been leaning more towards Dreamer Designs and now I am going to try TOWTDA. These paintings are phenomenal. I hope this company and others make a good go of it. Needed for sure and I will definitely frequent them.

Hi! Yes I have ordered from TOWTDA. I got my Josephine Wall from them….Halcyon Night and it is beautiful! They were very helpful when I was deciding what size of painting would look best for the rendering and were always quick to respond. LOVE THEM ❤

Hi Shay! Cute paintings! I have ordered and unboxed from TOWTDA, which was a Josephine Wall canvas. The canvas is black & white due to the size of the canvas. The symbols are different than what I am used to.

Love the images!!! I’m glad that their customer service was so quick to respond about their mistake. I look forward to hearing how things go once you are able to actually place drills.

Cathy and meg are lovely people, I've had great interactions with them. The company is more geared towards AI artists and It isn't clear on the product listing if a piece is AI based or not. I always recommend going to their premium artist tab on the website and reading up on the particular artist before buying, if anyone has strong feelings regarding AI. Just my 2 cents worth ^_^ I wish I'd known that beforehand, just sharing my experiences. The quality of their glue has improved a lot this year, as well as the drill field (I'm working on one right now which is much stickier than my previous canvas from them.) I Think I saw on Facebook that they were looking into sticker sheets for the future.

Very very cute. I don’t mind if a company makes a mistake as long as they are fast in getting back to me and eager to correct and make me happy. Sounds like this company gets a thumbs up for that.

Hi Shay, I just recently got my first canvas and first Jwall from them. I haven’t started it yet due to its size 100x125cm and it’s printed in black & white with 247 colors 😳🫣. I ordered from them last year, but we'll be doing my first one in November. My only mistake when ordering was that I just clicked on round and didn't use the drop-down box to order the abs. I also think that their canvases are great quality and I will see how It work when I do it in november. Thanks for sharing. ❤😊❤

I just got the DP you showed from Costco! I got the tropical sunset like you did, and have started it already. Beautiful canvas, good drills, but the plastic containers should not have been included. They are too small and too few to accomodate the kit. Other than that, a good deal

Your missing ABs reminded me of the time I got a Big Mac at McDonald's and the patties were missing. 😂

I ordered a large square painting from them before Christmas last year. And I was also missing all my AB’s, I just had the empty bags like you. And also like you, their customer service was excellent and they sent me my missing drills along with a free gift for the inconvenience. However once I started working on the painting, I noticed that on parts of the canvas the symbols are very blurry and extremely difficult to make out. I use a light pad and that doesn’t help. I also have a large round magnifier that I can place over the painting and sometimes that doesn’t even help. So I have to guess what the symbol is. The painting itself is the most confetti I’ve ever worked on. However that’s not necessarily a negative. Because what I have completed looks absolutely incredible. I just can’t work on it for very long before I have to switch to a different painting because of the strain on my eyes from the poor symbol quality. I was really, really hoping to love this company, because their prices are very reasonable and shipping was also not exorbitant. When I finish the one I currently have I think I will try ordering a round and see if that works any better for me. I’m looking forward to when you start working yours to see what you think.

I am currently working on the image "Off to See the Wizard " . It is by a different company so drill colors are a little different. It is really a fun design to work on. Hope to finish by the end of OzinAug. I have never ordered from this company, but from all the unboxings I have seen it looks really good. I am glad Customer Service got back to you so quickly .

My thoughts and experience. I order from them and it was a JWall for the JWall event back in March. Not every person experience is wine and roses. I don't normally say bad things about a DP company in KZfaq unboxing. Remember this is my opinion and we were asked if we order etc from them. All I am going to say is my experience was a nightmare. Canvas, drills and customer service. The nightmare it continued even when I was working on my DP. It was very stressful so now it is sitting in a closet and not sure I will ever finish it. Bad canvas, drills and customer service. Finally, non useable legend to make stickers. Took days for customer service to respond. Maybe you got quick response because you are doing the unboxing of their DPs. Sorry nothing good on my end. Very very dull looking.
