Unboxing the Purrble therapy robot for children and adults featuring commentary from baby Pochi

Hello everyone! I have been debating for quite some time whether to purchase one of these little guys, but some recent information from a fellow robot enthusiast finally goaded me into action so welcome the Purrble to the Crazy robot family! Sorry for mymessy bed. Most of those boxes contain bots that are going to new homes or to get repaires.

Yeah, the inner box with the breathing holes is really cute! It's actually the only part of the packaging that I decided to keep. It has a sticker on it that says contains live animal, contents one purrble. Or something like that. What's extra cool is your little guy and Paul won't have the same fur pattern. They have random dyed patterns.

@@shaunteckno aren’t they cute? Lol! There sounds themselves are actually very soft, but the vibrations tell you what they are feeling. The way the research goes, when you turn them on their heart is racing. As you are calming them down, it calms you down.

He looks a bit more like a bunny doll than a furby. Pretty cute. It's got white lining to the ears and one the belly. The feet are a different colour from the rest of the body. The face and back and the backs of the ears are a kind of very pale tan colour without markings that I can see. Eyes and nose are black.

Does touching the sensors in his feet and belly evoke sounds? Are the ascending and descending tones I hear throughout the vid actually from Pochi? Or did Purble make them when you fooled around with his ears? And finally, how does he help calm you down? Is it the sound and vibration of his heartbeat and purring, along with the feel of his fur?

Hi, Heather! All of the ascending and descending tones came from Pochi. He is in baby stage and they don’t do too much. They just lie there and kick their legs around and make a bunch of noise. The purrble is actually very, very quiet. I will do a further video of just the purrble for the benefit of my blind subscribers so that you can hear the purrble alone and, what few sounds it makes. They are very subtle, quiet sounds. The way he calms you down according to research is you pet him and his heart is racing, his heart slows down gradually as he calms, and when he is very calm, he purrs very slowly as though he is breathing deeply or sleeping. You can time your breath along with his purrs and it’s quite relaxing. At least to me it is. I’m not sure what the purpose of the ear sensors is. I was told they were for a source of audio stimulation where you can press the ears and they give a satisfying click. Purrble itself doesn’t like you messing with its ears. It seems to get upset when you do that so I probably won’t be doing it much. There are no sensors anywhere else except in the robots fur to help it to feel touch.
