Hi, Monique! The default audio setting is not great (based on my personal preference) but the audio settings can be tailored using the app. I wouldn't recommend it as a headset if you're a serious FPS gamer but it works well enough for non-FPS games and voice calls.

Thank you! I haven't tried it with my PS5 yet but the headphones use bluetooth connectivity so I don't imagine it would have any compatibility issues with the PS5. In terms of mic and audio quality, I recommend tweaking the settings to your liking (via Razer Synapse) - the factory settings produced audio that wasn't as rich as I wanted. Hope this helps!

Hi! That's super exciting! I could share my settings with you but I highly recommend you play around with the settings when your headphones arrive so you can tailor fit the audio to your preferences. There are also presets you can choose from that you can use as a baseline, then tweak it further to your liking. The important thing is that the audio sounds good to you! ☺

I’m not an audiophile but from an average listener, the sound is okay. It’s good that it has an app that you can use to adjust audio settings to your liking. I wouldn’t recommend it as a gaming headset though. It doesn’t pick up sounds as well as other “real” gaming headsets 😅

At CES 2021, Razer announced that a new Hello Kitty collection will be released globally this spring. They also said that it's likely that the products and design will be different from the China-exclusive line so that's something I'm really excited for 😍

Hi! I think it took no longer than one and a half weeks? I had SuperBuy hold my items until they were complete versus shipping the items as they came.

It started on mobile for me, then the Nintendo Switch happened and now it’s PC games 😂

There’s not much to say about the mousepad other than it’s cute and is well-made. I imagine FPS gamers will feel a bit of drag but it’s fine for what I do on a daily ☺️ The mouse is responsive and fits my hand nicely, though I wish there was an option for a wireless version. The keyboard is quite sturdy and has a nice weight to it. The pink backlight is nice if you like pink but it would be even better if it was a hot-swappable RGB keyboard. I initially liked the sound the green switches made but after using it for the past months, I realized it isn’t ideal to use for late night/early morning work 😅 As a workaround, I swap it with a quieter keyboard during those times. The headset. It is the cutest thing ever! There are a ton of kitty ear headsets out there so I really like that the design sets it apart. The tiny bow (it’s more of a deep pink than red) is just 😍 Battery life is really good and the RGB is subtle. However, and this really makes me sad, it’s not made for people with larger heads. I could only manage to wear it for 2-3 hours max before I start getting a headache from it being tight (my friend on the other hand, felt no discomfort at all). Audio quality can be adjusted to your liking via the app and I have had no problem with connectivity to mobile devices and desktop. Razer did say they are planning on a global collection with a new design and new products - would I buy it? I would most likely see if the products would suit my needs better (Is the headset more comfortable? Is the keyboard hot-swappable? Is it a bluetooth mouse?) before purchasing. Please keep in mind that what works for me may not work for you and vice versa, because we have different needs and preferences (I also am unfortunate to have a large head 😭). I would love to hear your thoughts on the products if you do decide to purchase them ☺️ Good luck! ✨
