Make sure no VPN is active and you have Mainland China server set in Xiaomi App

@@JuliosFTW There is a bug in the system, if registered in China and later moved to another location, the app cannot reconnect the account with the device. I had to exchange it with the seller. There was no solution

I would like to know if the robot could be blocked, it was configured in one account, but now I need to configure it in another app account. The technical questions are all correct, region, type of network 2.4gb, passwords. The Robo ends up being logged in to the Wi-Fi, but the app makes a timeout error and does not link the robot with the app account.
