If I understand correctly, when used in English (or Malayish, Chinglish, etc I guess 🤣) it can either be put at the end of a sentence to emphasize your point or to show hesitation. It's not necessarily slang, but more of borrowed half-word or expression.

Man the control the kid has. I so love his bow movement. Even though I'm no violinist I can see the kids skills. Man, it's like he's perfectly using the bow without any waste of the bow length and the body adjustment for each stroke, that's epic.

Seeing Uncle Roger on this video just hit me with realization that people do have different perspective in things. I myself, to be example is the same with him. It just sounds like violin to me without the knowledge that it is a child prodigy playing and although I do enjoy the music I began thinking deep into the title and the story behind this piece. It's not a good or bad thing it's just awesome how we can appreciate the same art but have totally different thoughts to it. going back to 'practice' my writing...
