I’ve had nasal valve collapse for a long time. First surgery: deviated septum corrected. Second non surgical procedure: Vivare Third; Surgery J-Flap/ Nasal Cartilage Graft. They all definitely help. But I’m still having some nasal valve collapse and breathing issues thru my nose. I have to use nasal sprays and a Turbine Sport nasal dilator to breathe normally. I’m going to check back with my ENT who did my J-flap surgery 5/18/22 to see if any other options are available. I can’t live like this having issues with airflow that results in lack of air sleeping, daily life, sports, narcolepsy, and headaches.

Yeah, same. I have had it since I was a kid and I hate it. I barely get any sleep and when you get headaches and take medicine for it, the headache will come back.

Those nasal strips never make it through the night. They fall off. Sometimes they don't even stick and fall off the moment I put them on.

Another good way to get rid of a stuffy nose is to buy a vapor inhaler it’s cheep and it’s works fast 💨 you inhale it threw your nose 👃
