I think Stephen didn't really 'fall in love' with her nurse, I think he just married the nurse because he knew she was able to take care of him, and release Jane from her suffering, to make her happy. Atleast thats what I got from the video though lol 🤔😅

Jane fell in love with a pianist who played piano in the church. Hawking fell in love with the Nurse. The two separated, Jane married the pianist and the nurse married Hawking. Both Jane and Hawking were still really close and were good friends. Hawking divorced his second wife (the Nurse) in 2006. Since 2000 there were reports of physical abuse on Hawking but he denied them and said that there was no abuse on him but when he quietly divorced his 2nd wife people were quite sure she was the person who abused him.

I also had a husband whose name was Stephen. His health started deteriorating shortly after we married. He had already lived longer than his doctors said he ever would. I took care of him 24/7 after he got out of rehab. I loved him so much. The absolute best years of my life were with Stephen. Poor Stephen put up a good fight. I will always admire his strength and courage. God took him out of my arms and into His 2 days before our 10th wedding anniversary. I was heartbroken then, and nearly 25 years later I am still heartbroken.

I watched Stephen Hawking's movie, Jane also cheated on him with the choir guy (her husband now) even got pregnant, meanwhile stephen also fell for the nurse. the marriage was very difficult for them at that time.

So we can say it's Jane, because of whom Hawkins was "The Stephen Hawkins'' oh Jane such a pure and true lady you are, you kept your promise 😘

What a great woman! And he was clearly in love and appreciative. Can't believe the hate comments about both of them. They both did their best and a damn good best it was. The fact that they were close in his final 10 years speaks volumes. Their love was strong enough to include forgiveness of whatever upset they caused each other. Respect to them both.

Jane has every right to spend her life normally. She took care Stefen all her life, but life isn't only that. Patience and courage in Jane was unbelievable, she did everything only for love. Maybe instead of her, if i was in her place i may not be able to do that. Stefen is very lucky to have a person like her.

When you hear Jane talking about her hard separation then and only then that you realise that Jane is an angel sent especially for Stephen and the irony behind this is that Stephen didn't believe in God! What a sacrifice you did for him my lady; the whole world will always be grateful and you will always be remembered. And because he was extremely smart, he free you because he deeply care for you!

When I first read about how Jane fell for Jonathan, I was mad at her. I thought it was cheating and I still have hard time getting over it. But then when I think about her situation closely I can understand how she must have felt lonely with Stephen being disabled, busy in his work & Jane having to take care of the whole family. Also, I feel like Stephen didn't really fell for Elaine but he did all that so Jane could finally be free of him without feeling guilty & have a happy life with Jonathan. Stephen was a smart person & he usually played witty games. You can see this from when he told the viva people that if he gets 2nd honor he'll stay at Oxford but if he gets 1st, he'll go away to Cambridge. From this I feel like he actually played a witty game in his marriage as well to give Jane happiness.

I just love this couple. Specially Jane when doctors gave up hope and said he will live only 2 years. This reminds me of a romance manga I read about a guy bound to a wheelchair who went out with a girl who used to have a crush on him in school. But then later, things fell apart and he got closer with his nurse! It's still a continuing series and the last chapter had the ex-girlfriend knock at his door to tell him she still had regrets. I am rooting for the school friend. And I pretty much have the feels for Jane too here.
